About Our Gurudeb
Prabhupad Śrī Kandarpa Gopāla Gosvāmī
A deeply revered scholar of Vaishnava philosophy, our Gurudeb, Prabhupad Sri Kandarpa Gopal Goswami, is a descendent of the illustrious 14th generation of Param Dayal Vaishnavacharya Shrila Advaaitacharya, a close associate of Bhagwan Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Gurudeb is a deeply revered scholar whose profound knowledge encompasses teachings of the holy texts like, Srimadh Bhagavatam, Srimadh Bhagavad Gita, Shri Chaitanya Charitamrita, and numerous other Vaishnava literatures.
He is the esteemed author of two significant literary works in Bengali:
||Vilāpa Kusumāñjaliḥ|| and ||Shri Advaita Prakash||.
Moreover, as a silent preacher of Vaishnava philosophy, he has inspired a multitude of disciples across Bengal, Assam, Tripura, even expanding into Bangladesh.
Due to serious health complications, he is constrained to restrict his movements within the Ashram compound; where he continues to share his insights through regular discourses on sacred scriptures.

Living a Spiritually Awakened Life
Sri Sri Shyam Binodini Kunja, is a Vaishnava Ashram, managed under the devoted stewardship of the Sri Sri Radhamadan Gopal Sevak Sangha, a religious trust officially registered with the Sub-Registrar's office in Nadia, West Bengal, India.
Our Gurudeb currently serves as the President of the |Sri Sri Radha Madan Gopal Sevak Sangha Trust|, and his trusted devotees manage the Ashram established by our Gurudeb's late grandfather, Prabhupad Shri Shri Ananda Gopal Goswami, nearly a century ago.
